How do we lean into this strength? We need a toolbox of skills. Emotions and big feelings are helpful to keep us aware of danger or threats, but completely unhelpful when they hijack our lives and send us into downward thinking spirals.


We get too far into our heads and are lost in thinking as an analysis paralysis sets in.
